Jean Paul BITOUMOU
Chairman Co-Founder
Jean Paul BITOUMOU holds Professional degree in Public Economic Policy from Oxford University and Project Finance from the New York Institute of Finance. He holds Professional Certificate in Public Finance Management from the International Monetary Fund and Security Certificate from Georgetown University of Washington DC. He also holds Conflict Crisis and Humanitarian Response Certificate from Harvardx Humanitarian Academy and successfully completed the Integrity Awareness Initiative program of the Secretary-General of the United Nations. With more than 20 years’ experience in the mining industry, he led several mining companies across Africa including the Irish mining company Botswana Diamonds PLC based in Cameroon, and two other South Korean and French mining companies based in Central African Republic to name a few. He also trained international NGOs such as Plan International or War Child and Banks on the conduct of operations in Central African Republic through Silverwings Security, a South African Company. Having been in the past a leader in an FSC certification project of the “ROUGIER” Company in Congo Brazzaville and Cameroon, capacity building has become his main source of motivation and concentration to get out peoples from poverty to prosperity

Jean Thierry SONGOMALI holds an unparalleled mining business background from small scale mining cooperative Chairman, to stones and precious metals buying Company CEO's, or also international minerals trading Consultant for several investment initiative worldwide. He's a Senior Expert in mining business implementation development and pricing expertise of diamond and gold. He held several rural community awarness mobilization and free empowering mining education theme class in Africa.

Emilia Müller
Compliance Officer
Board advisor
Advising the board while creating metrics to help track compliance and perform the organisation compliance audits ensuring operations are performed with the legal framework while meeeting our goals. She oversee training and communication during the planned corrective action process. Emilia Müller holds a degree in Executive Master Compliance from Executive Education Institute of Geneve.

Maurice Magloire ONANA
Human Rigts Expert - Board advisor
Maurice Magloire ONANA holds a doctorate in law, in te area of human rights and humanitarian law obtained at the Catholic University of Central Africa, and was President of the association for the defense of human rights and humanitarian action (ADDHAH). He is the author of a book entitled Fundamental Rights of the elderly : between recognition and ignorance.

Adaku Okeke

Adaku Okeke is an activist for the social advancement of African women in the mining sector. She holds a Master of Data Science from the University of Luxembourg. She intervenes in driving the implementation of our restoration programs, including hiring, training and monitoring to ensure compliance with regulations as well as coordinating the collection, evaluation and dissemination of all academic and organic datas to support administrative or field units.

Michaela Marcia NDJA
Child Labor & International migration researcher
Executive Assistant
Junior researcher, Michaela Marcia NDJA holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a degree in International Labor Migration, Economics, Politics and Ethics from Oxford University. She has worked in mapping mining sites employing children and immigrants and writing policy papers to end the abuse of these vulnerable groups.
